LABOR & PARTS WARRANTY POLICY

1. LABOR WARRANTY

90-Day / 3,000-Mile Labor Warranty

Lawrence’s Auto Service warrants all labor performed for a period of ninety (90) days or three thousand (3,000) miles, whichever occurs first, from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal driving conditions.If a concern arises within the warranty period and is determined, upon inspection, to be directly related to the original labor performed by Lawrence’s Auto Service, the corrective labor will be performed at no additional charge.

Labor Warranty Conditions

This warranty applies only if:

  • The vehicle has not been repaired, modified, or altered by another facility after service
  • The issue is directly related to the original labor performed
  • The vehicle has been operated and maintained under normal driving conditions

Labor Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Parts or components (see Parts Warranty below)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Failures caused by unrelated components or systems
  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance
  • Diagnostic time for concerns unrelated to the original repair

2. PARTS WARRANTY

Parts Warranty

All replacement parts installed by Lawrence’s Auto Service are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, when applicable. Warranty terms, coverage period, and conditions are determined by the part manufacturer, not Lawrence’s Auto Service.Lawrence’s Auto Service will assist in the warranty process for eligible parts; however, approval, replacement, or reimbursement is subject to manufacturer review and authorization.

Parts Warranty Conditions

Parts warranty applies only if:

  • The part failure is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing defect
  • The vehicle has not been altered or repaired by another facility
  • The part has been used under normal driving conditions

Parts Warranty Exclusions

Parts warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear items (including but not limited to brake pads, rotors, clutches, belts, hoses, filters, and bulbs) unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer
  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or environmental conditions
  • Failures resulting from related or underlying vehicle conditions

3. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE (IMPORTANT)

All warranty concerns must be reported promptly.

The vehicle must be returned to Lawrence’s Auto Service for inspection before any repairs are performed elsewhere.Warranty coverage is void if:

  • Repairs are performed by another facility without prior authorization
  • The vehicle is not made available for inspection

Diagnostic time may apply if the concern is determined to be unrelated to the original repair.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of covered labor or parts as outlined above. Lawrence’s Auto Service is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, towing, rental vehicles, or downtime.

5. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By authorizing repairs, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Labor & Parts Warranty Policy.
